Chapada Chophouse and Churrascaria has partnered with The Certified Angus Beef brand to bring you exceptional, high quality beef. It’s 10 science-based specifications are so strict that only 8% of all beef qualifies. NO brand works as close with producers and feeders than the Certified Angus Beef brand. In addition, we hand cut all of our steaks, in-house.
What is the Chapada Churrascaria?
Borrowed from the Pampas region of Brazil, Churrascaria, or Brazilian barbeque, is a style of cooking developed by early South American Gauchos. These cowboys gathered at the end of long days, with their families, and slow roasted meats over an open fire. Their evening dinners featured numerous meats carved tableside. We have been inspired by their techniques and are proud to offer this dinning option. *Churrascaria is an all you can eat celebration of succulent meats and sides.
